Bug Dragging objects in editor is broken. (2021.3.18f1)

    Since our recent upgrade from 2021.3.3 to 3.18, I've had an awful time working in the editor. I cannot seem to drag and drop transforms with any sort of regularity.

    There are no objects near or above the "glupie" I'm trying to move in the video. I've even moved this a great deal away from anything else in the scene and I still experience the same behaviour.
