Question Downloading Transaction Invoice?

    I deposited $1000 to unity growth as the minimal requirement,
    I see the transaction under Growth > Finance, but i'm unable to download an invoice.
    I contacted support, they said they couldn't help with finance matters and referred me to email the finance team at unitysf-invoicing@unity3d.com

    It's been 2 weeks and there's not been one response for the finance team,
    How do i download the invoice for the transaction?
    Obviously we need that for our accounting.
