Downloading Assets results in the error "unity package manager error 403 forbidden"

I recently purchased the humble bundle asset deal and added the assets to my account. They appear on my unity asset store library and the package manager. But whenever I try to download it I get the error code

[Package Manager Window] 403 Forbidden. Something went wrong. Please try again later.
UnityEditor.AsyncHTTPClientone (UnityEditor.AsyncHTTPClient/State,int)

I do not have a problem with any other assets previously purchased from the store. So I assume it's an issue with these?
If anyone goes what's going on please let me know

Open a ticket with Unity support. Nobody on the forum can fix this.
