    is there any download archive for beta versions as well, like finals or LTS versions?

    Is there also main version overview of all betas are released from 5.0 until now?
    For sure must be a huge amount of build versions at all.

    No, there is no dedicated webpage for that. However, you can access past beta releases as far back as 2018.3.0b7 by adjusting this URL: https://unity3d.com/unity/beta/2018.3.0b7
