The Giana Project collected almost $200k (dunno exactly how high their PayPal funding is).
Broken Sword almost made $400k (most probably will be done tomorrow, depending on where you're living).
The Rift almost made ten times as much as they asked for.

Read some news about Broken Sword and somehow i got curious of the medial pledge i've spent on kickstarter so far. It's $50 which somehow sounded surprisingly high to me, considering all the great games you can get for a lot less these days. Well, for games you really want, you're also willing to pay.
