    Hello,

In Dynasty Warriors, there is something called multi/shadow attack like in this video below which effect can be achieved by drawing some clone with different color and offset position because the clones are playing the same animation with like the real character.

But how about this clone effect?

The clones have a different animation from the real character.
Can I achieve this effect with a shader?

Clone with the exact same pose just offset, sure, just add another pass to your shader with the vertex position offset. Though be aware if the main character isn't on screen

Clone with pose from earlier in the animation, no, you'll need a separate animated mesh for each ghost.
