Don't understand Z-axis using Isometric Tile Map

    Hi all, I downloaded the "Example Project 03" inside the Release 3 post trying to figure out how the Isometric Tile Map works, but it still not entirely clear.
    There are some towers inside that scene, but I can't understand how to reproduce them.
    Using the Palette I can draw only in X and Y axis but don't in Z, which is what gives the "height" of buildings.
    Can someone explain me how it works ?
