Don't have the option to create a new render pipeline asset

Hello,

I'm trying to test URP (moving from built-in) so I:
- Removed the post processing package
- Installed URP package from package manager

But the "Rendering" option doesn't show in the create menu (nor in the top bar). Did it move somewhere else? I'm using Unity 2020.3.9f1.
Already tried restarting Unity without success (except that it reimported all my assets for 1 hour+).

EDIT: restarted again Unity and now it works... weird but at least I found the solution!
