dont drawing UPM(Unity Package Manager)

    unity version: 2019.4.14f1, 2019.4.18f1 ( has same problem )
    os ver : win10, 1909 ,
    os build : 18363.1316


    dont drawing package manager
    but it seems to be working. click works.
    this is screenshot
    how do i solve them?

    ps. i guess after window10 update.

    same problem. multiple unity versions upm display is broke. 2019 is blank. 2021 does not display text and the scroll bar in inspector is misaligned
