Does Unity support bone translation?

    Hi there,

    I have this rig and I wanted to use some bones to show get position from a maya scene. I parented these bones under the hip root bone and translated them to the points I needed.

    Does Unity actually support bone translation on anything other than the root bone? Because the extra bones are not getting any animation it seems. I'm still going to test whether they do get the hip rotation. I think they did.

    Are you using a mechanim rig with your character? I know for a fact that the old unity animation system (3.5), both rotation and translation are stored in animation curves. Maybe try switching to legacy or a non-humanoid rig type?
