Does Unity Remote 4 for IOS work from Windows?

    I am on Windows most of the time, and I am trying to use Unity Remote 4 with my iPhone. I set it to any iOS device in settings and connected via USB but I can't seem to get it to show up on device when hitting play.

    thanks, I tried the link for docs but sent me to homepage.

    I tried android and and same issue. I set to any android device and connected to USB and hit play.
