Does Unity 5 License work with Unity 4.6?

    I want to buy a Unity 4.6 license but it doesnt seem to be offered in the Shop. If I buy the Unity 5 license will it work with Unity 4.6?
    Reason being, I don't want to use Unity 5 since i have some plugins that aren't supported in Unity 5.
