does anyone have shader like this picture shows?

    I can hardly write shader, I dont have any ways to learn all the knowledge, but I am curious about the effect this picture shows.

    It is transparent....or just transparent only?

    unlit or transparent you also need the correct texture

    Don't need a special shader for that effect. It's just a Find Edges or Sobel filter in Photoshop or your favorite graphics program on your textures and then make everything blue and transparent.
