[Documentation] Missing MonoCompatibility.html page

Hello everyone

The MonoCompatibility.html page is missing in the offline documentation of the latest release (i don't know if this is intended or not but i feel it very handfull)

We know. The page has got a bit out of date, and the tools needed to regenerate this page have, um, broken. :-(
