Documentation for Microgame tutorials?

I am teaching my daughter Unity using the Lego Microgame and we are stuck. We saved a section incorrectly somehow and now the Next button is dimmed waiting on a block we no longer have access to.

It would be ideal if I could simply reset one of the tutorial sections and start over. But I am not seeing a way to do that. If that's not possible I would be happy to restart the whole Microgame tutorial. But I am not seeing a way to do that either.

Is there documentation for how to reset or overide tutorials? Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
