Do not have access to learn.unity anymore

same problem facing not working still

can any one know when it will be fixed?

 

Looking forward to it starting to work again. Currently though still stops with the same input error code 132.001 upon opening the page.

Guys, if you do not want to lose time, I recommend you to use the documentation if you want to continue your learning path or even watch videos online that do have the material for you to continue learning and improving your skills.

 

This is really embarrassing. The entire login area not working for almost a day...
I'm a web developer, I know it should be a very simple fix for this issue..
I don't understand how can such bugs persist for almost a day at such a huge live project.

 

Does anyone know if there's another official Unity place we can report this issue? Or a place where official contributors from within Unity can look and give us some feedback?

Unity is having stroke at the moment it's pretty much bugged for now yesterday was working fine wait for a fix

 

Also running into this issue. I have tried clearing cookies, using different browsers, and using incognito.

Digging into the error through the dev tools > network tab it looks like the frontend is providing the wrong value of scope in the query params.

If you remove that scope param from the url entirely you will get to an unstyled login screen. But after logging in you will receive a Forbidden error with no remediation steps after that. That is as far as I can go.

 

I sent a ticket reporting bug from Unity Hub Troubleshooting option. I guess we can't do more. And by the way, ty Dakaso for the documentation suggestion.

Can you check the issues with the Learn tab in the Unity Hub? When I click the Learn tab, it says "Something went wrong. Please try again." I have tried again several times.

For some reason my post was moderated, but since @Aurore is here its a good opportunity to seek for help...

In the last month, I’m facing many issues in learn.unity.com, a way above the normal considering the previews year. These are the issues:

Errors like tutorials never set as completed are recurring, regardless of the Pathway. An visual clue of the bug is that the tutorial is not outlined as completed, even if when entering everything seems right:


In the mission "Junior Programmer: Create with Code 2" there’s a missing lesson (ECS tutorial) that cause bugs when you complete other tutorials and lead you to an error screen and you can’t go back to the mission without entering again in the site.

In the quiz of the mission "Junior Programmer: Manage scene flow data" there's 4 questions about GitHub that are not in any previews lessons, it's like there is one tutorial missing.

Finally and most important, today I cannot login in learn.unity.com at all, it returns the error:

Has some one escalated this to Unity? If they don't know they won't fix it.

 

You could at least read the thread that has replies from somebody at Unity on this page and people reporting that the login issue was fixed.
