I'm basically asking for Rigs, and Rigs alone, this question has nothing to do with animations.
    Just Rigs themselves.

I'm asking this because I want to make lots of Ragdolls in my Game whom, when they die, they would have this free fall effect, adding a much more realistic effect.

I know that theoretically, one can achieve such an effect just by making a ragdoll itself, but I don't know if joints will be able to stretch or shrink themselves according to the neighbour join.
If I'm correct, I think what I'm actually looking for is 'Morphing' effect.
So I presume that if Rigs imported to Unity, exactly as they are in Maya, then I won't have any problem with Morphing, in fact I could even make the animations inside Unity, without even touching Maya's time line.

Yes - the rig created in maya can be imported to unity.

As far as ragdolls go - there is a built in wizard in unity called ragdoll creator.

To clarify - the rig is used for animation -

The ragdoll is created by attaching joints and collides to the bones of the rig.

Constraints on the joints enable realistic rag doll effects.
