Do In-App purchases require Internet (Client) capability?

    My app keeps failing certification and I have no idea what the issue is. It says if you use In-App purchases, then testers need a way to test it. Well, duh, it's Windows OWN in-app purchase service. Do I really need to put a work around in my code so they can test the content?

    If I do, I'll make it something like "UP-UP-DOWN-DOWN-LEFT-RIGHT-LEFT-RIGHT".

    That, and the "mandatory" screenshot captions are driving me up a wall on this platform. Nothing like translating screenshot captions to 10 different languages...

    Yes, you need Internet (Client) capability. No need for the Konami Code. :)
