Do I still need to download Ads package and Add app in dashboard?

    Hi

    I am a little bit confused as some instructions say to just enable ads in unity editor and they will automatically be set up in the dashboard. Where other instructions say to download the package from the asset store and set up your gameids in the dashboard and enter them into the Unity Editor.

    I am using Unity 5.6

    Hi,

    Unity 5.6.1f1 has latest Ads SDK 2.1 included, so if you are on that Unity version, you can just use engine integrated version.

    Since Unity contains the version ("snapshot") of SDK from time of release, it's possible in some situations that you need to use Asset Store package, to get latest Ads SDK, but if you are on Unity 5.6.1, you should be good.

    Ah thanks I am on 5.6.0p3 so I guess I will add the gameids manually from the dashboard

    Unity 5.6.0p3 also has latest Ads SDK 2.1 version included, so you can use that one as well
