Do i need Unity Plus or Pro license to put ads or multiplayer

    I plan on getting the pro license in the future but not now since I cant afford it atm... but i would like to know. Do i need the plus license for ads and the pro license for ads and multiplayer.. or can i use these features until i'm making enough to pay for the license?

    You can integrate Ads even when using free Unity Personal license. On https://unity3d.com/services/multiplayer you can see number of concurrent users for each Unity subscription plan.

    @rasmus-unity Thanks for the quick response
    So I can port to android with Ads implemented right. and when it comes to multiplayer. if i'm writing my own client + server do I need the pro license?

    The limitations on Multiplayer is for the server-side hosting. If you implement your own custom multiplayer system, you don't have to buy license, as long as you stay below the revenue cap as listed on https://store.unity.com/.

    But we ofc hope that our Unity services will actually help you become successful, and helps you build a sustainable business for your game :)

    Hi there! This answer satisfied my worry greatly but, I read something about me needing an organisation to have ads and an organisation needs unity pro. Is there a specifically easier way to place ads in a game with pro?

    @unity_zkpPDaeiSVcO_g You do not need Pro to have ads, and there is no special advantage as you suggest. An organization can be (is) your own personal account.
