OK, so on the main machine I need PLUS for profiling mostly. But I can't build for iOS, so do I need another seat for the Mac?

Or can I develop on PC and once I am done profiling transfer seat to Mac to build for Android and iOS there? If so I probably can't build for PC, right?

The OSX editor supports Windows Mono building, but not IL2CPP if that helps.

Only benefit you gain from PLUS is to disable the splash screen and an editor skin. You don't need it to profile anything.

A single Plus license can be active on two separate computers at the same time.

This. As long as you are only using a single developer at a time, its permissible to use the same seat on two computers.
