Do I need to install in "Program Files" for Windows? Needs admin access?

Or can I install it under my User folder? Does it need Windows rights access? I'm trying to install it so that it doesn't need administrative rights for the user. Does this program need admin access in order to run?

 

You can install it in the folder you want, i've installed it in my L: disk. But as nearly any program, you need admin rights to install it. But not to use it. I have 2 accounts on my comp, the admin one and the one I use most of time. I had to enter my admin password to install it but i use it with my other acount, the non admin one.
