    Do i have to pay for Unity to get the multiplayer function?
    If yes witch one or both?

    Multiplier implementation methods and services are up to you (developer).
    You pay Unity, if you reach income threshold from the game product.
    Which is irrelevant to the network solution you took.
    But read Unity licence for more details.
