    Hey!
So our game has been facing this issue since day 1 where a handful of people were not being able to connect to the game due to Remote Config. There are some ways that worked for some people while others still weren't able to connect what so ever. Recently it was brought to our attention through one of the players facing this issue that there are certain connections being blocked by his network which makes perfect sense for this kind of issue.

These are the IPs being blocked. Now I am still not sure how I can fix this but will love to know more about this and if possible through anyone who have encountered and fixed such issue will love to know how to fix it.

The user would need to unblock the necessary IPs. Be sure to use the default values in such a situation. And those are internal network IPs that you show, not the public IP addresses for those sites.

I also saw an error related to the remote configuration, but your problem seems more complicated than the one I encountered. I was helped very quickly by the intervention of a specialist in changing the IP and opening the port. This was not the case before, and after that my computer started to freeze and I got tired of ads in the browser. I realized that it was a virus, and quickly installed it https://jealouscomputers.com/norton-360-antivirus-review-is-it-worthy/ because up to this point, my computer was without antivirus software. So I think you should pay attention to the IP as this is the most obvious option. And if this is not related to the IP, then try to look at the antivirus.
