    Dear Community,

I am pleased to announce the imminent availability of our largest *original and indie* project so far,
Divemaster - the ultimate scuba diving fun for your iPad

You can download the game for the iPad 2,3,4, Mini, retina Mini, and Air from the Apple iTunes store.

In the game you are a dive master who's responsibility to find and show underwater animals to those divers who wants to take a photo about them. Can you guide 8 divers at the same time?

Paid version (no ads) and free version (with ads) are also available. Please buy or download for free our game and give 5* star ratings if you enjoy the game, we made it for you!

    Paid:
    DiveMaster
    Free:
Divemaster - real diving for free

    Tutorial at youtube:

    Short and funny gameplay trailer:

I sincerely would like to thank to Adam, my programmer partner who made it possible by his hard and dedicated work through more than a year.

The game was developed by Unity 3.5.7 Pro, iOS pro, NGUI 1x then 2x series, 2D toolkit (+ sprite light system,
courtesy of 2D toolkit developer), Prime31 video texture plugin + social plugins, Vectrosity line drawing system, Kalamona's underwater effects (and extra particle systems created for the game). In conclusion, the game would not be possible to finish without Unity and the Unity Asset Store framework. I am also very grateful for the help of the community they provided to me by creating these toolsets for real indie developers. I received great help from these devs when I approached them with my questions, big KUDO's.

It was a very long (first) project of mine (indie life, anyone?), but finally it is out, I am very happy to see our work in the store. (Amazon edition is coming soon for Android tablets.)

    best regards,
    Gyula

Interesting concept! You going to release this for Android tablets?

Edit - because I'm an idiot.

Yes, it will be released at Amazon very soon - hopefully next week. Then, as a universal app for iOS. As for the slogan, among divers this is a common slogan, you can see on many T-shirts etc.

No:D, I think the slogan wasn't created by a native English person :) I saw it in Egypt during my diving trips. Maybe another slogan, "dive now work later" would also work :)

I think "Dive Now, Work Later" makes a lot more sense *to me* as a non-diver, taking it at face value - and thinking about it now, even if it was a common diver slogan, I'd think most people playing your app would be non-divers as well - also these games are a distraction from work - so I think "Dive Now, Work Later" is a good choice :)

Well, since I take my users comments seriously (I hope you have a copy of the game :D), so I think that at the time of our universal build I will change the slogan. Sometimes when you are making a game about one of your hobbies you know very deeply you forget that not only those hobbits will play it, but a much wider audience... The other very popular slogan is the "keep calm - divers to it deeper" but i think that would be too much :)

    Free Saturday night:

I thought I give 10 promo codes for the paid version of the game to the community. My only request is that if you use the promo code, please leave a nice review and rating form the game :)

Enjoy! (Also please mark which code you have taken so others will know.)
