Distortion in XR using Hololens 1

    Hello all,

    I am currently looking into the idea of using the hololens 1 to simulate the insides of a building and for a better experience I want to use some distortion effects. For now I decided to use the Fisheye distortion (I think it's called stereospherical?) and I was wondering how to best achieve this effect using the hololens toolkit. Is it going to be possible with projection view matrices in the main camera or do I use shaders on my objects for this? I can't imagine that something like this hasn't been done before but I can't find some good sources for it.

    If you could maybe give me some hints or sources I can look into it would be highly appreciated.
