Discussion of the melee combat system in VR games.

    Hello everyone, I’m interesting in creating a suitable melee combat system in VR. Because of the precise detection of the motions some VR consoles having, I expect someday the melee combat in VR can be more realistic. Like using different part of weapons to hit can produce different effect; forcing more strengths to wield a weapon can produce more damage by hit; the areas crossed by the edge of sword determine amount of damage etc. At the same time exclude some unnatural attacking actions. So I conceive a system that may have the ability to operate these functions I want. Although my document is not complete, I open it to discussion. So we can work together to make a realistic melee combat in VR games.

    The last thing is, because I’m not a game developer or programmer, my system is not a coding ready for used. But the operations needed is mentioned in the document.
