Disabling feature in pipeline asset VS global volume

    What approach will result in better optimization: using multiple quality levels and render pipeline assets, or just one render asset (with every feature enabled) and programmatically enable/disable features and effects trough global layers in each scene according to player preferences?
    I need to know if disabling render features in the pipeline assets could be better than having them disabled just in the scene volume.
