I'm in Unity 2018.4.36f1, I have Cloud Diagnostics - Crashes and Exceptions disabled, but to my surprise, error reports are being sent.
(Title is incorrect, I mean Cloud Diagnostics - Crashes and Exceptions, and the image below is incorrect, it should show Cloud Diagnostics - Crashes and Exceptions service in the inspector with the check box 'off')

Is there a way to enable/disable this feature in c#? Thank you

Could you please send me UPID in PMs so that I could take a closer look at your project? Thanks!

    Hi,

I can confirm that the Diagnostics is disabled in your project, but I do see the Exceptions coming in. Let me speak to the dev team about this and I'll get back to you about this.

Could you please check the ProjectSettings.asset and find Game Performance under cloudServicesEnabled? Is it set to 1 or 0?

@Botaurus you can disable Cloud Diagnostics in your project but this will only disable the service in builds that you make from thereon. For versions that have already been built with Cloud Diagnostics enabled, there is no option to turn off the service for any of those versions - the crash reports that you are seeing are likely coming from those existing versions.

Thank you for the reply. The service has been off for over a year, but all builds are reporting crashes
Is there a way to enable/disable in C#? Ideally I'd like to enable after the user has enabled online features and accepted our terms and conditions

    Hi,

You can enable/disable Cloud Diagnostics with bool CrashReportHandler.enableCaptureExceptions.
    Short Documentation on CrashReportHandler.
