Disable HW Stats confirmation

Hi

I'm trying to update an app for kids, to remove any outgoing tracking (as I'm tired of fighting it and the app rejections).

In Unity 2017.4.40 using PLUS subscription: I can toggle "Disable HW Stats" in the settings, but the tooltip says Pro Only.

So does that mean Disable HW Stats works for Plus users with this version of Unity? Looking for clarity.

If I disable the analytics and performance reporting services anyway, does it make the "Disable HW Stats" ignored? i.e. if "Disable HW Stats" was inactive, so enabled to send stats, BUT anaytics/performance reporting was turned off, would any data be sent?
