    Hi!
I upgraded from unity 2018.3.1f1 to 2018.3.10f1 and I noticed a terrible issue that makes my software unusable.

    Here's how to reproduce it:
-Make a project that opens in Windowed mode, resizeable, but cannot go fullscreen. Now build & run.
-Drag the window to the top of the screen so that it snaps and uses the windows feature for making things go fullscreen.
-Bam. Broken... this never used to happen.

The top windows bar completely disappears because it actually goes into Fullscreen exclusive mode.

These little bugs matter and it makes me very hesitant on ever updating the unity version that always gets spammed to me on startup :(

Same problem here, it happens when you set the resolution using code as well

No, I find the bug report system to be annoying and ineffective. I'll get an email asking for a copy of my build when I feel like I describe the issue well enough already :/

But this is a bug with a pretty basic setting for building games/apps. it's a checkbox that isn't doing anything anymore.

    Some more info,
    Build: Windows Architecture x86
during runtime if the fullscreen is switched, it says "MaximizedWindow is not currently supported on Windows, setting to FullscreenWindow instead"

Even though for fullscreen mode, I have it set to Fullscreen Window. I have also tried Maximized window.
