Hello there! Looking for help from professionals. My road is currently looks like this.
It is just a texture on the terrain.

What is a right way to make a road look like this?

My project is going to have a lot of roads like this so it is important question for me to solve on early stage. Should it be prefab made with Blender? Or is there a way to position texture on terrain more precise, without tiling? Or some other way, i can't think of yet?
    Thank you for your help!

Thank you soo much for your answer! Already trying it.
But in educational purposes i'd like to know if there are any more options? Except of assets? If anyone has expertise in the topic, please share! Thank you.

Almost any game with roads that show nice lines or tire tracks, etc. are doing that with custom spline based geometry. Sometimes several layers of it. Might be an actual ribbons of geometry that sit on top of the terrain, like that asset is doing. Or more custom solutions like terrain projectors / decals, which Unity doesn't have built in support for. Most modern games use virtual textures for the terrain with the terrain being built from many layers of virtual decals that are composited together to generate the virtual textures. Search for procedural virtual textures if you're curious.
