Directional lights and unity 2019

    It seems if shadows on a directional light are off the dir light gets calculated into light probes

    only in unity 2019 and setting a light to important does not change this
    ( a bug or on purpose ? )

    Does anyone know if there a way to force it to be a real light so i can do specular
    and normal mapping in shader correctly ?
