Diffusion profiles question

    Hi,

    I have a question about diffusion profiles and transmission in general. On the standard setting I getting something like this:



    There is this line perpendicular to the directional light on the surface. I know this is how transmission should work, but this creates some problem, for example to lit smoke textures.



    So, can I somehow get rid of this line and make transmission smooth and not affected by dot product normal to light direction? I think it would be better looking for the smoke effects like this.
