Differences in instancing in Editor end Build

    Hi!

    Why is there a big difference in instancing when I run in the editor compared with a standalone build?
    I'm using HDRP in Unity 2019.1.14f1 with SRP Batcher off

    I'm getting sub optimal performance in builds.
