Currently i see 3 different certifications that sound similar

    Unity Certified Developer
    Expert Gameplay Programmer
    Unity Certified Programmer

What is the difference between these? very confusing

They explain the differences on the Certifications homepage:
    https://certification.unity.com

Unity Certified Developer (Student - Jr level certification)
"Ideal for schools and training centers, Unity Certified Developer courseware and exams are students’ first step toward a career in games."

Unity Certified Programmer (Jr - Mid level certification)
"Break into games or make your mark in one of the many industries that rely on Unity to make the best interactive content. Get certified as a Unity professional and apply with confidence."

Expert Gameplay Programmer (Mid - Sr level certification)
"Are you an experienced professional looking to advance into a senior role? Get certified as a Unity Expert and take your career to the next level."

That reminds me of the rules for descriptions in a college course catalogue: make them as vague as possible, so you have room to change and update them.

For example, which of these certifies that you're good at Mechanim? Well, maybe they'll have a different animation system in the future. Or maybe each currently covers it a little, but they want to change and cover it start to finish in Expert. Better not to mention it, so you're not stuck.

Is "Developer" non-scripting stuff? Then Programmer -> Expert Programmer is scripting? Does "Gameplay" programmer mean it doesn't cover networking or editor scripts? But, again, if you're the one teaching this is great -- gives you the freedom to cover things however you think is best.
