Didn't recieve courseware confirmation email

    Hi there,

    I've recently bought a 3-month pass to the Unity course-ware. My purchase was confirmed and I've paid for the course-ware, but I have yet to get an email confirmation.

    Does it usually take so long to get access? I'm a bit concerned that I've paid money for something I'm not going to get. I ordered it on Saturday so it might be just a weekend thing, but I thought that automated system would at least take care of these things :(

    This has been resolved by the Unity team. Turns out it what just a server problem. Thanks to the support team for helping me out.

    Try this:
    1. go to : https://unity3d.com/learn
    2. then logint top right. Or confirm you are log in.
    3. click "Unity Courseware" in the Learn with Unity options
    4. In the top right there must be a round icon with an "A" that confirms that you are log in. Or log in (not pressing Login) pressing the round icon. If there is a title message "Welcome back...username" then
    5. press the top right green button "Login"
    6. This will take you to the certification course

    Thanks, but this wasn't the issue that I was having. Turns out it was a server issue on Unity's end.

    hope web master improves it. It's so buggy and the interface a bit confusing .
