Hi, I've got an idea for a game and want it to be a Nintendo Switch exclusive. I know the Switch struggles to run games with complex or realistic graphics. My game will have cartoony 3D graphics, much like Team Fortress 2. What else do I need to implement into my game for it to play properly on the Nintendo Switch?

Cartoony graphics don't necessarily equate to less CPU/GPU load. You'll also need to apply to the Nintendo developer program, and they'll want to see a track record. Consider releasing a few games for PC/Mac on Steam or itch.io first to build your track record and give you experience with what it takes to complete a game with relatively low performance requirements.

Thanks for the info and suggestion! I'm sure you're right. I'm going to start with making a computer game.
