Hello to you I have a question I just started in Vr and I would like to know if it is possible to create on Unity and use these creations on Unreal for example make an avatar on Unity and use it on an environment created on Unreal

Basically, no. You don't create avatars in Unity; it's not a 3D modeling tool. Same for Unreal, for that matter. You create an avatar in something like Blender, and then you can use that in either Unity or Unreal (or others).
