detect/restrict Overlay apps while my game is running

    HI,

    I am wondering if there is a way to detect if there is also an overlay app is running while my game is running. The issue is my game is pool like game and there are some guideline tools which run as overlay apps. I want to restrict those guideline apps to ensure fair play while my game is running.
