Desktop Windows Build Fails (Unity 2019.2.2)

    Since about Unity 2019.2.0, my desktop builds have been failing. Build works fine when doing a Mac build on a MacBook. Just fails when doing the Windows Build on Windows.

    I'm using Visual Studio 2019 with all latest updates installed.

    Here is what the console shows:

    Not sure where to go from here. Any ideas on what I might try?
