Description missing in User Report (and other issues)

    Since X days ago the description text (and possibly other text) in the user reports are missing on the site.
    Also, the site seem broken on firefox, you can't see the screenshots. In chrome (and safari) it's not very user friendly as the screenshots open in a too small iframe and there's no easy way to just open the image and see the full image.
    Considering we're paying for this service I'd expect something higher quality service.

    The missing description and the issue with downloading attachments should now be resolved. Please let us know if you continue to have issues.

    We'll look into your feedback about image size.
