There was an email about assets containing JS will be depreciated.

If those assets did not have JS and there's a mistake, contact support.

Also, consider updating your Assets. One of mine got deprecated because I hadn't updated it for a while. (not due to JS, all my code is in C#) Regular updates for your Assets will help to avoid this sort of thing, even if you're just doing them for status updates or minor bug fixes.

Well yeah, 3.6 would do it. The latest version of Unity that's considered current would be 5.2. And even that is getting fairly old now. There are a few holdouts still on 4.7 because they have a vendetta against enlighten. But 3.6, that's pretty much done across the board.

If your assets are still current, just re upload them with Unity 5 and Unity 2017.

Not a bad idea to check assets that old against current versions of Unity anyway. I know if I was looking at an asset and saw that it was last checked against version 3.x I definitely wouldn't be buying it.

    This ^^^

If it is code I wouldn't get it if it was more than 1 or 2 minor releases off. Models I'm a bit more lenient, but I wouldn't pick up something from Unity 4, let alone 3.
