Question Deploying to Oculus Q2

Hi guys. very pleased to meet you. I have a limited amount of experience deploying apps to a MS Hololens2 and am now trying to deploy to an Oculus Quest 2. The console is telling me to download the Oculus Integration Package from the Unity Asset Store and run the Integration tool before switching build platforms. I haven't done this before but have added it to my assets in the store. How do I download this and install?

Any help much appreciated
