Dependency Hash of Custom Shaders Are Different on Different Machines

    Hi,

    After I upgraded from 2017.4.30 to 2018.4.10. I realize that custom shaders are generating different dependency hash. As a result we generate different bundle hashes for every development machines. Can someone confirm it's a bug or weird normal way for custom shaders.

    I am %100 sure that it's not caused by version control system, and it's working as expected on 2017.4 LTS.

    Bump, sorry for the necro.

    But I am having this issue with 2019.4.22. It's pretty terrible as I am using the content update in the addressables system and this completely breaks the process if 2 different machines are used.
