dependencies file is empty after installing the new 2019 version

    can i get a list of dependencies somwhere ? its totally empty for my project

    Could you please provide some context? What did you do? What did you expect to happen and what actually happened?

    Generally speaking, if something used to work and now doesn't, please submit a bug report.
