So basically when I create a key like below and save, it changes the file.

However, if I delete the key and save, nothing saved. so if I click other window like game window and come back to timeline window, the key is back again and again. I can't delete only a key.

I guess deleting a key is not setting the clip dirty, isn't it?

Which version of Timeline do you have? I am not able to reproduce this behaviour with 1.2.14 so it may have been fixed. If not please file a bug and our QA.

For track/clip properties, you can't delete the key if there is only one since it is simply showing the actual value that is in the inspector.

I found the reason. I generated a timeline with script, but I created track first and saved the timeline. I found that it doesn't save tracks before saving timeline.

It works well when I save the timeline before creating tracks. Sorry for confusing
