This tutorial was created with Unity 5.1.1 and it uses the Standard Assets. Standard Assets can be found in the Asset Store, but there is no guarantee that it will work (Some of the features of the Standard Assets are in development separately for later Unity versions). Generally it is a good idea to follow tutorials in the same Unity versions as they were made in. You can try though if you're willing to spend time on fixing the issues which arise.
