Edit: Trying to share an interesting article. Should have known better.
Is anyone doing anything which isn't already considered industry standard?
What led you to believe that these ideas originated from Steam? Achievements, for example, were added to Steam in 2007 but the Xbox 360 had them since 2005.
There is nothing wrong with sharing an interesting article, and there is nothing wrong with giving your own feedback based on the article. Just keep in mind that there is nothing wrong with us presenting our own feedback either.
Locking because of lame behaviour.
DO NOT WIPE OPs after people have taken the time to respond. This is what is called a "dick move". Don't do it. People get warnings for this, multiple warnings turn into bans. Think before you post and don't screw with others like this. This is not a social media site, it is a development and Unity user resource site. Don't post pictures of your lunch here, don't be a jerk. If you are unable to comprehend this, stick to twitter/reddit/whatever.
NOTE: I opted not to revert the edits on the OP because it was relatively pointless in the first place.
