Delete clips without closing the gap?

I wanted to delete one of my Timeline Audio clips because I was not satisfied with it there. Deleting it moved all the other clips in to close that gap.
How do I delete a clip letting all the other clips stay where they are, not ruining the timing of it?

 

You are probably in ripple mode, you need to switch in mix mode

it will keep that gap when you delete your clips
